Owner Toufic Khoueiri opened the first Kababji Restaurant in Jounieh, north of Beirut, Lebanon in 1993. His concept was simple - combine traditional culinary excellence with a modern casual setting. Today, Kababji is in 30 locations in the Middle East, including Lebanon, Dubai, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. The Washington, DC location is the first outside of the Middle East.
