International Chef Abed Matar, a master of subtle spices and Kababji’s signature orange brick grill, caringly oversees all culinary aspects of the franchise. Chef Abed was born and raised in Lebanon, and studied culinary arts in Lebanon and the Middle East. His commitment to consistency in product, quality ingredients, and beautiful presentations is present in each and every Kababji dish.
